When Luis was there was never any issue until this new tax guy took over. That new guy Saeturn never got my taxed submitted after I paid him. Called so many time never answer the phone and the voicemail is full. Went to the location and it's closed even when we check online that it's open. Couldn't get a hold of anyone nor that guy. DONT GO TO THAT PLACE!!!

Once Luis left, I should have known it would go downhill. DO NOT TRUST THE NEW TAX REP Mr. Saeturn! He will take your money and not submit your return! He has not answered any of my calls from me nor my wife! Avoid at all costs!

I did my taxes here today like I have been doing for a few years. So I'm a little confused with the bad reviews. Like I said, I've been going to this place for years. And I have yet to have a bad experience. I showed up today and waited no more then 15min to be seen. The staff was and always has been very friendly and it always feels like a welcoming environment. I usually get my taxes done with Luis but seeing that he was a little busy I was seen by Karen, I believe her name was. She was really friendly and really fast when it came to doing my taxes. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've recommended this place to people and will continue to do so. Give them a chance if you're in the area and need your taxes done.
