“Carlos arrived promptly at 330pm (the earlier point of when we scheduled). My wife greeted him and let him in to begin work while I was gone on an errand, and by the time I got back, he was packing up and leaving. I only asked for our living room and hallway to be done (its literally all the carpet we have), and he was done in a half hour, and I could absolutely see a MAJOR difference in the carpet from before I left to when I got back, as well as making a few stains (pet and food) disappear.IT.
