Horrible experience we were treated poorly, but what really stood out to me was the girl at the front desk, giving attitude not answering my concerns on her phone, popping her gum just overall very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place whatsoever. They definitely need a new receptionist and as I can see on the reviews this isn't this place first complaint so learn for me and stay far away. Go to another optometrist. You will be definitely disappointed with this one.

Doctor was nice to myself and son only issue I had was a women prob around 50 or so with hot pink hair tell me that thr glasses I wanted make my face look fat and puffed out her checks at the same tike yeap sure did made me feel do bad about myself still to this day next Dat I came with my son and he had picked a pair out she says nahhh look at these ones I said what you going to tell him his face looks fat ??? Whitch he is 15 and works out everyday yeah kinds made a screen but still had thr girl behind thr desk say ahhh you don't need to talk to my employer that way I said watch your cameras cause she soulent talk to your customers that way anywho I will go back to get our glasses cause my sons needs them like the 2 weeks I've been waiting and will not return there.

I'm extremely disappointed by my recent experiences with Dr. Bill Henshaw. The situation with the contact lenses was frustrating and unfair. I was charged for three pairs but only provided with two, and then told I had to book additional appointments to receive the remaining pair. It felt like a clear attempt to exploit me financially, and it left me feeling disheartened and taken advantage of.

The misdiagnosis and overprescription of my child's vision needs was deeply troubling. Trusting the optometrist with my child's well-being, I was shocked to learn that a second opinion revealed my son didn't require the level of prescription or therapy that was suggested...read full review
