I have never in my life dealt with someone so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I brought her my taxes in January. I needed to bring a few documents to complete it. I brought them the same week. She explained she couldn’t file them electronically until February. I waited and heard nothing for 2 months. Called multiple times and emailed her multiple times. Finally, I got ahold of her. She said she was “finishing them up and will print everything soon.” This was in March.
