I was referred to CMC Turners Road by my primary care provider at CMC East for what I was told might be related to an infection. However, I am not aware of any infection, nor have I had any tests so far.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that it had been scheduled by mistake, and I was unable to see a provider.

I had an awesome experience at this clinic and would like to commend the entire team for their outstanding care and professionalism.

The front desk staff, led by Jenna, the Team Lead, along with her cohorts, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive—not just to me, but to other patients as well. They were very accommodating, patiently entertained questions, and made sure to find accurate answers when needed. That level of customer service truly makes a difference.

I would also like to commend MA Noela, who was cordial, efficient, and very knowledgeable. She made the visit smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

I have been oh experiencing pelvic and stomach pains for several months now and nobody taking me serious I've asked him several times to let them know something wasn't right and yet still I can't get the test I need and the treatment I need I'm just another number to them so be careful when you choose this one is a provider and if you have medical cuz they will treat you like just another number
