Dustin and Robert did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. They were courteous and friendly and answered all of our questions. We have been with Baker for 3 years and have not had any negative experiences. Thank you Dustin and Robert. If I could give you both 10 stars I would!!!
Dustin and Robert arrived ahead of schedule, were friendly and professional. The install went seamlessly. An explanation of how to use and program the thermostat was given as well as recommendations for improving the efficiency of the unit. The work area was left clean both inside and out at the completion of the job.
Dustin was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He listened to the problem and repaired our Heating and AC units in great time and for a good price. We will definitely use Baker’s Heating and Air Conditioning again.
