Reyes first of all if your parents didn't get there refund on time it was not my fault, I am not the IRS that issues checks and every time my clients have letters or notice I am always there for them, I always try to help them with the problem and some times I don't even charge them extra. I can never be rude to any one, I am a professional and respectful person that I have always respected my clients. I have been doing taxes for over 37 years and have never had any problems with any of my clients that I know off. JENNY REYNA, the same goes to you, I have never been rude to any of my clients or get on any body face and I am not going to tell you to do something you don't want to do. If you come to my office asking for advise on what to do with what ever you need help with, I will try my best to help you in any way if I can help you, if I can't help you I am not going to pressure you to do something you don't want to. I think you both went to a different office because I am totally the opposite of what you both are saying. You don't even make sense.“
