If you want a good laptop man and a fella who takes good pictures and ACTS as if he knows what he is doing this is your man.But, if you want a real home inspection so you can make an educateddecision on what is wrong with the home and relying on an inspector to get a true assessment this is NOT your man. From my experiencethis person should retire he is out of touch with reality. There were so many things that are substantial that he missed. All this translates to $ out of pocket. after such a large purchase of home you don't want any surprises.

But if you want a inspector who will give you all the facts so you can make an educated decision and actually does a complete inspection this is NOT the person to hire. Save your self from a lot of repairs and $

We were purchasing a home and we supposed to receive the report within 48 hours. We ended up not purchasing the home because we did not get the report. It took over 30 days to receive it and by then the house was purchased by someone else.
