Amazing responsiveness all around. Took my phone call after business hours and assured me he'd be at my home the next morning to fix a leaking bathtub faucet. Came earlier than expected, talked me through what I had done wrong in attempting to fix myself, and finished in a timely manner. I will be using his services again! Highly recommend!

Needed a leaking faucet fixed and new hardware installed in bathtub and shower. Randy was able to come out the next day. The work ended up being more complicated than expected, with a cut into the wall, and pipes to remove the stuck cartridge (20+ years of corrosion). He ran out to get the additional parts, finished the project pretty quickly, with everything functioning well. However, the backing plate was placed upside down, with weep hole facing up, and chalking not finished. We were able to do the finishing details ourselves to avoid water intrusion.

A pipe the the garage sprung a leak and I had to turn off the water to the house. I have used Randy Potts Plumbing before and he did not disappoint. He arrived early the next day and promptly repaired the leak. I would recommend Randy Potts Plumbing to anyone.
