I went in for shade matching NYX products. The staff was super helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. She was very patient with me and listened to what I was saying. No pressure to buy anything.

I normally would not walk into an Ulta to get my eyebrows waxed, but my pregnant wife had a blowout appointment with Shareem that day. She was incredibly friendly and did an amazing job on my wife’s hair. She even kept me company the whole time, chatting with me while I waited. When I mentioned that I needed my eyebrows done, she offered to get me scheduled.
I am a bit of a perfectionist about my appearance, so I was nervous. Once Shareem finished, I was honestly blown away by how much care she put into it and how good they looked. I walked out feeling great. I will definitely be coming back to see her again

Okay, so this was my first time at this location, and I was seriously impressed! ✨ I've been going to Alta for years, but needed something special for a wedding. They squeezed me in last minute, which was already amazing. 💖
The whole team was fantastic! My hair stylist 💇♀️ and the MAC counter specialist totally transformed me, and I actually felt glamorous in the photos. Beyond the amazing makeover, I was struck by how kind and respectful everyone was to each other and to the clients. You can tell they enjoy working there, which says a lot. It's no wonder this place is always busy! 🤩
