The Spa at Kilaga Springs

I've been going to this Spa for several years now. I've enjoyed manicures (gel & the Dazzle Dry), lovely pedicures, foot massages, back massages, and some Oh My God great facials from Ms. Peggy, a facial expert with a magic touch. In fact, after my very first facial, the first time I saw my face in the mirror, I was stunned at how beautiful my skin looked. I'd give Kilaga 5 stars except for how difficult it has been to date to make appointments. They are now making greater efforts to get customers seen faster, so we shall see in the coming months how successful those attempts are in reality.

My day began with a rude receptionist. Hard to believe they have someone like that greeting customers. I had to greet her first, she asked my name and then said "you're checked in" and walked away. I was early and upon noticing a side room with chairs I had to ask her if she minded if I sat down. She just said "go ahead". If I hadn't asked I would have had to stand and wait for 10 minutes. The pedicure was just so-so. I had made an appointment for the "signature" and got the "classic". The foot massage was very good, but other than that, it was basically a polish change. The pedicure tech was very nice, but I won't be going back. I was really disappointed.

It is the absolute best little gem of a spa hidden away in Lincoln Hills! You have to try this beautiful location amazing massages gorgeous facials and flawless manicures and pedicures.
