I was told about sterling pointe in a crunch and gave them a call and they were able to get me in same day which was really hard to find. Everyone here was so nice to me and more importantly so caring and sweet to my cat. You can tell they really enjoy what they do and they recognize that coming to the vet can be a scary thing. They made her feel so comfortable and knew exactly what she needed. Rue and I thank you all so much! I will always recommend sterling pointe now.
My first experience with Sterling Pointe Vet Clinic was a few months ago when I had to put my kitty Wiley to sleep. The girl who answered the phone was so compassionate and when we showed up our kitty was rushed in and taken care of with compassion.
Recently we adopted another kitty, Pippa, and called Sterling for an appointment. Again the receptionist was so pleasant on the phone. First point of contact means a lot! We had been going to LBVC since 2008 but since VCA took over the care went downhill and it’s next to impossible to get an appointment. I called and was told they couldn’t get my dog in until November even though it was urgent. I was able to get in and be seen in less than 30 minutes with Sterling Pointe during their after hours schedule. Dr. Irene is patient and explains things very well while being loving with your pets.
