Ricardo text he was on his way, arrived shortly after the early part of the time window. He was professional and courteous woth myself and my client, I’m a REALTOR®️. He inspected and took photos of the thermostat, intake vent and filter, then inspected the AC until and reported back to us. He finished the estimate and explained the 2 options. He was courteous and polite throughout.
