I am amazed at the improvements and pain relief I have had so quickly! I have been to many Chiropractors but the Zone technique is new to me. I thought I would have to live with the pain I had been experiencing and limit myself. Dr. Longo and Traci put me at ease right away in the comfortable office. I'm thankful not only for the care but for the information they give me, the physical adjustments AND the words of encouragement. I am feeling very optimistic and healthy.

LOVE Dr. Longo and Tracee!! I recently moved to Folsom from Texas and was looking for a zone doctor. I had been a patient of Dr. Pete Goldman (Dr Josh's teacher/mentor) 23 years ago but Pete moved and so, I was left having to get "treatment" from traditional chiropractors. Which helped nothing. I developed a serious rotator cuff problem with excruciating pain two years ago (which I had for over a year) so when I found Dr. Josh I was super excited and grateful!
