Prompt, professional, compassionate and kind. Jason came to our home first to measure and order, and then later to remove and replace a few failed windows as well as over 20 sun faded screens. The prices were fair and extremely reasonable. The communication for delivery time was clear and occurred when promised. All failed windows are on the second story and the one pictured, although small, is more precariously positioned. The install and quality of the final products were exactly as expected and there were no unexpected surprises. Except for me. We lost our beautiful oldest son in a tragic car accident one year ago this month. Grief is extremely unpredictable. When Jason first followed me into Gage’s room to measure a failed window, I unexpectedly began to cry as I pulled open the dusty blinds in my forever 19 year old son’s bedroom. Jason was both compassionate and kind as the wave of grief washed over me, taking us both by surprise. He did not make me feel uncomfortable in my own home as I suddenly wept in front of a complete stranger. His human kindness in what may have been an incredibly awkward moment, was genuine and speaks to his upstanding character. For all of these many reasons, I highly recommend J&J Screen and Glass.
Amazing customer service! We went in to get a custom glass top and were very happy with the finished product. Staff is very knowledgeable about options and also offer good recommendations. While purchasing our glass top we learned they also do electrical work and made an appointment with Jason. The first time he came out he realized we needed new bulbs for the chandelier we wanted installed. He didn’t charge for the visit and then came back once we had everything. He was clean, efficient, and did a great job. He also installed electrical outlets we didn’t think were possible. The best surprise was when Jason messaged to say he was coming to drop off the glass top we ordered so we didn’t have to go pick it up from their office. We weren’t home and he still came and left it in our backyard with our any issues. Hands down the best customer service and professionalism we have seen. We will definitely be using them again. I cannot say enough about J&J Glass. They do great work in a timely manner. Great prices.(Trust me. I called many others.)I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me. A great small business!
