Huge shoutout to Peter for helping us out with our crazy HOA here in Roseville. If you live here, you know how painful it is to get approval for any exterior changes. I was stressing out about the paperwork for the new siding, but Peter basically handled everything. He provided all the exact documents they needed right away coz he's done projects here before. Passed the board review with zero issues. The crew was super polite too, and the house looks incredible. So glad I went with them
Honestly, standard with contractors is that the price always goes up in the end. But with Peter and Dom Construction, it was the exact opposite lol. They ordered a bit more siding material just in case, but ended up not needing all of it. Instead of just keeping it or charging me full price, Peter actually returned the extra to the supplier and deducted that amount from my final invoice. I was so pleasantly surprised, saved me a few hundred bucks. The work itself looks amazing. Super honest guys, highly recommend
