Parents appreciate the supportive environment that helps kids develop confidence, discipline, and essential life skills. Students, ranging from young children to those with several years of experience, enjoy participating in classes and look forward to their weekly sessions. The instructors are highly qualified and create engaging activities, including Nerf Wars and Chess, which complement the karate training. Parents mention that their children have overcome initial fears and have shown significant growth in areas like patience and teamwork. The Karate School offers various membership options, allowing families to customize their schedules easily. The app used for communication and scheduling is user-friendly, making it easier for parents to stay informed. I can not sing TKS’s praises enough. Our kids have attended for over a year and it has been a true blessing. It can be intimidating coming in to something like martial arts without prior knowledge or experience, but we were welcomed with open arms not only by leadership but other students as well. The app makes communication and scheduling a breeze. There are different memberships you can sign up for, making it easy to work around busy schedules. You choose what days and how many times to attend weekly and it can vary from week to week if needed. The app and social media pages are updated with new videos and material often. We appreciate the different methods of learning.. our kids love it and it’s nice for parents too. Memberships are affordable but you really can’t put a price on what these students are learning here. Discipline, confidence, self-defense, setting boundaries, teamwork, focus, breaking a sweat and just plain hard work. It takes a village to raise a child and we’re grateful that TKS is part of ours.
When you have 4 girls all 2 years apart, you have to find a way to save where you can. Fortunately for me,finding The Karate School was very affordable. Her instructor is amazing. We will return next year.
