I wanted to leave a review specifically because of the outstanding customer service by Victor Mena at Shaw’s. Recently our air condition gave out and we went through three different companies for quotes, although we did not end up going through Shaw’s Victor was by far the most thorough. He spent time walking us through the ins and outs of our HVAC system and potential hazards that we should be aware of. Thank you for your knowledge and insight!

Love these guys!!! They service our unit and they always show up on time, come in with a smile, and get it correct the first time. We have used them for years. You can see that they love and care for their family, employees, and customers!
While I did not use these guys, my boss did and i coordinated most appointments. They did not stop until they figured out what was wrong with her ac! They came out about 3 times and were very kind and professional every time. They were honest and up front til the very end and I admire that! If I have ac issues in the future I will be calling them!
