Went to the NHCL Radiology today to schedule a mammogram not knowing they no longer provide this services. The first thing that bugged me was there were two people sitting behind monitors that you couldn't see who you were talking to. I explained what I needed and the young man rattled off so fast that they no longer had the service there and I needed to talk to my primary care provider and what ever else he said that I did not catch. No eye contact, no greeting. I felt like I was bothering him just to ask the question. What ever happen to being professional!! I like to believe our military is being trained well. What ever happen to good customer service?

I’ve been dealing with this clinic for 2 years now. I have yet to have a good experience unfortunately. They’re constantly booking out months ahead. They never answer their phones. I’m always on hold for an extended period of time. The receptionists are always rude and I was forced to come back for an appointment once because the front desk lady at Medical Homeport Blue was too busy chatting to check me in before my 10 minute grace period. Google does not have accurate, updated times for when they’re open. Snowbirding! After trying to get my diabetic medication for 2 week Alma was able to get me 90 days worth. She was respectfull and kind, she got the task at hand done. Gratefull for her help! Thank you!
