I recently had PGNE do some tree service for me and this is the company they sent to do the work. They showed up at a good time the crew was very friendly and professional they got the job done quickly and properly left the logs on the side of my back driveway so it wont block anything. Professional, and caring about the trees on my property.
I've had only good experiences with Family Tree. We have some ancient (and declining) oaks in back of our house. Family Tree understand their value to us and help identify which limbs should come down in order to preserve the life of the trees. And, their staff are efficient and courteous.
