West Coast phone repair was pleasant surprise blessing from Up above!! When I tell you that, I thought ALL hope was lost FOR SEVERAL PHONES AND MY IPAD!! I was sulking for a good few weeks when my screen shatter on my phone and iPad and my other phone crashed!! I came here for a replacement battery. I had read the amazing reviews online, which is what made me choose this location. This guy is awesome. Very attentive and friendly. Super humble guy and nice. He ordered the battery from Apple and had me come back when the battery came in. It took 20-30 mins for him please replace the battery. He even met me downstairs to get my phone since I chronically ill and get dizzy when going upstairs. Such a great experience.
