They are the best! I have been coming here for almost 10 years since high school! They do it all—designs, acrylic, tap gel, threading ect. Hebe, lily and banana are the best 😁💟💟
Let me start by saying I REALLY thought about writing this review. Lily has been the one doing my nails and she is great at her craft, she's fast! Unfortunately I've had to wait over 30 minutes sometimes 40 minutes to be seen with an appointment. I've tried making appointment 2 weeks ahead in hopes it would solve the issue of having to wait so long. I am an understanding person and know there are very hectic days but it has become a bad habit in my opinion. Every single nail tech makes their clients waits 30-40 minutes unfortunately. I was in shock when she asked me to wait because she needed to do her other client first. I'm a paying customer too. I think most clients, myself included would rather you be transparent about not having availability. Last time I went I got a set, she was in such rush she forgot to apply the top layer to seal the gel polish which I didn't notice until I left. I brought it to her attention & she told me to come back but I wasn't able to because guess what? I'm busy too! I have also had to change my nail inspiration ideas because I know she's in a rush, which realistically is not my fault. It's unfortunate & I think I was an understanding client more than I should've been. I think they would really improve if they worked on their time management.
