Let me start by saying I REALLY thought about writing this review. Lily has been the one doing my nails and she is great at her craft, she's fast! Unfortunately I've had to wait over 30 minutes sometimes 40 minutes to be seen with an appointment. I've tried making appointment 2 weeks ahead in hopes it would solve the issue of having to wait so long. I am an understanding person and know there are very hectic days but it has become a bad habit in my opinion. Every single nail tech makes their clients waits 30-40 minutes unfortunately. One time I waited around 30ish minutes and had to pause my set because she had another client scheduled during my appointment. I was in shock when she asked me to wait because she needed to do her other client first. I'm a paying customer too. I think most clients, myself included would rather you be transparent about not having availability. Last time I went I got a set, she was in such rush she forgot to apply the top layer to seal the gel polish which I didn't notice until I left. I brought it to her attention & she told me to come back but I wasn't able to because guess what? I'm busy too! I have also had to change my nail inspiration ideas because I know she's in a rush, which realistically is not my fault. It's unfortunate & I think I was an understanding client more than I should've been. I think they would really improve if they worked on their time management.
While in the salon getting a pedicure I saw a cockroach on the floor going towards my shoes. I kind of gasped and made eye contact with the worker that was doing my toes. He didn't do anything about it and then when he went to do another client's feet he started talking in his language to another worker and they started laughing. That's not funny when you see a cockroach in your business and customers see that. I recommend they do deep cleaning once a day mopping the whole floor! Their Spa chairs are a little bit used and worn out.
My friend and I were walk-ins when we walked into the business today, and they sat us right away to do our nails. We showed a photo of the acrylics we wanted, and they did exactly what we described, the color and what we wanted. The service was excellent, the vibe was amazing and the quality was wonderful. I would recommend this place and go back when I want to get my nails done again.
