So I had some pipes backed up in my yard due to rain and Luis came out to help. He gave 1hr of his time (in the rain) and we realized that the french drain system was simply full. Wasn't much we could do so he didn't charge me for the time and information. Had the pipes been able to be cleaned/flushed he did seem to give me a very good price, but that wasn't the case. Solid guy. Will definitely reach out to him in case I need a plumber in the future.
I called Luis to Unclog my kitchen sink drain. He arrived promptly and got the job done. He snaked the 2 inch kitchen drain, clean out and went far beyond the kitchen to ensure that the drain was clear. I called on the Eve of thanksgiving with a kitchen sink clog. He came right away and fixed it and saved my thanksgiving! He charged $165 flat rate. Doesn't charge extra for holidays or after five o'clock. He was amazing and my whole family will be calling Luis the next time we have a plumbing problem. Thank you so much Luis!
