Fermin and the guys at K.D. Construction did an amazing job on our backyard remodel. They built a new patio out of stone pavers, new planters including lighting, a paver walkway with lights as well as new grass and sprinkler system. They also rebuilt the patio columns to better support the upper deck. Thy added new water and gas lines to support the outdoor kitchen as well as painted all the perimeter walls and repaired the stucco of the garage and backside of the house. This is the 2nd big job KD has done for us. A few years ago they added the 2nd story to our house and pretty much rebuilt the house from the ground up. Great guy and great work!

The project entailed modernizing our kitchen, including removing a supporting wall to reveal the living room. That created an open floor plan. The removal of the supporting wall required engineering and permits. Fermin handled both and his specialists went to work on building custom cabinets, replacing the floor, changing lights to recessed lighting. Creating a new window over the new sink to look out over the garden. In addition, Fermin’s crew removed a fireplace and replaced it with a picture window that looked into the side yard, bringing in a huge amount of light into the family room.
