“I don’t usually write reviews but the stellar service I received was worth doing so. Main thing you need to know: Nicole is the BEST and their whole staff is beyond friendly! Nicole is incredibly kind, detailed, and knowledgeable of her craft. She takes the time to understand exactly what her client is looking for. I booked an appointment with her for a haircut and full color dye. This was the first time dyeing my hair so I’ll admit I was a bit nervous. However, Nicole was beyond reassuring throughout the entire process that there was truly nothing to be nervous about. She explained everything she planned to do and why she was doing it (i.e., based off my hair texture she’s going to do ____ or because of my natural hair color, she recommends ____). She is very detail oriented and will give your hair the time, care, and attention you deserve.
