First of all, Matt showed up for our service call promptly at the appointment time! That was a great start to his visit. Matt donned his ‘booties’ before entering our home. He was friendly and courteous. His detailed assessment of our needs vs his recommendations made it easy to understand what we could do. He was very knowledgeable of his products. We appreciated Matt’s honest demeanor and candor explaining costs and financing incentives. We look forward to working with Matt on our project.
Mario Trujillo was professional and informative. He came to do maintenance on my mini split but once I informed him that it wasn’t working well he said it would be better if he troubleshooted the problem first. He found installation issues, gave me detailed photos of the problems, and showed me in the manual where the installation was done incorrectly. Mario sent me the photos which I will use to get the installation corrected. Note this is a one year-old new construction ADU. The installation was done through my contractor not Dr Ductless staff.
My husband and I were looking for A/C for our home. Matthew from Dr. Ductless was great. He helps us understand that our home needs and how the work would be done. If you are looking for a company to work with Dr. Ductless in our opinion is a great company to call.
