This establishment is no longer what it used to be. A Beyond Rude and poor excuse of a male "manager" with thick black framed glasses, scolded me for not bringing in my ticket, even after providing my identification as per their request, to recoup my comforter, that they also ruined!

When I asked for the actual manager's name, both the "manager" and a female associate decided to withhold the actual manager's name from me.

Unacceptable customer service, both individuals should be ashamed of themselves, and have A Lot to learn when it comes to basic interaction with day to day clientele.

Sorry guys. But there are already 4 shirts that ruin me. They were large and now they are small. I don't know if they washed them or dry cleaned them. But I think they washed it and that's why the shirts shrank. When they should be dry cleaned. Any ways, I gave you guys plenty of chances. Yo soyJust gonna stop coming here.

Update from the last review: I went back today to be accommodated for THEIR mistake! I suggested that the clothing items be properly altered and the woman responded that she couldn't do it. Then she called the police on me. Very unprofessional!
