Today I faced my fear of water and took this AquaCycling class, Criselda Thank You so much for this experience at times I thought I was going to panic but your calm voice and my focus bought me back to where i was ok. Great class I can't wait to come back maybe this Time I'll actually put my feet up on the handlebars .

I absolutely love this class! I've had aqua cycling on my bucket list for a while. I was shocked to learn that there was one right in Lawndale. My first class was today and I'm addicted. I think it helps you to work on stretching, coordination, and breathing, among other things. The feeling of biking in the water is indescribable. It's basically playing in the pool but all of the movements turn into a total workout. My plan is to attend classes here twice a week. I'm lucky to have found Criselda's class and I look forward to the next one!

I thought that this place would be too far away for a workout, however after one class I had to come back. Criselda is an energetic instructor that will keep you moving for those 45 minutes! The water is warm, and the music playlist gets you pumped and ready to move.ACC is definitely a place worth checking out if you are looking for an alternative aquatics routine!
