Fantastic, genuine people who care about your car and care about your experience. My car broke down on the highway on a trip, this was the nearest mechanic and they didn’t hesitate to help me over the phone and direct me to their location. Once I arrived, I was immediately greeted with understanding people who took in my car and diagnosed the issue as efficiently as possible. The results were everything I had hoped for! This mechanic is absolutely worth visiting.
Victoria and Nico saved us today. We are from Ventura and I was following my daughter in her 2009 Mini Cooper up to UC Davis when her transmission started having issues on the 5. We made it to their beautiful shop and Victoria was the most welcoming person I’ve ever encountered. They helped us get back on the road in no time. They really took a disaster and turned it into something that seemed like fate which brought us there. I hope we see each other in the future. 100 stars!!!!
Unfortunately I can't give A ten-star rating because it only goes up to five stars. The team here is simply amazing. Victoria in the front handled everything so well with scheduling and time frames. The mechanics were precise and got everything done safely in a timely manner. I highly recommend these guys. No questions asked.
