They put up a fence and retaining wall in 2019 saying that they didn't need a permit for it, being a licensed contractor. The whole thing came down this past Winter and when I contacted Jessie, he attacked me and said it was my fault b/c I told him how to build it(??). I know nothing about building fences and certainly wouldn't dream of advising a contractor! That aside, what contractor would even listen to a homeowner telling them how to do their job? If I were a different person, there might be a lawsuit, but instead I'll just warn potential clients of the total and complete lack of accountability this company showed and the mess I was left with as a result.
