Kate, Daniella, and Micah helped me today. I give 5 stars for facility, care of staff, knowledge of staff, treatment by staff, and overall experience. This staff and place exude excellence. I'm so happy I found this place, which incidentally has parking available in downtown historic Larkspur.
I went to Heidi at Skin Spirit in Mill Valley to have some laser procedure on my chest, and she mentioned that I had a bunch of filler that had migrated above my lips and suggested dissolving it. What she didn't tell me is that she was dissolving everything and, did not warn me, did not make a plan to put me back together again, and left me high and dry, to the point of me having to hide out in my house for two months and even answer the door for the UPS guy with a mask on. Completely unacceptable in every way. It was extremely stressful and was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Hayes Medical is a safe place to express your desires and insecurities, freely. Linda is a honest professional, who gives you honest feedback about your expectations. She wants all her clients to feel beautiful and joyful. The staff treats you like a neighbor who needs to borrow a cup of sugar.
They care and they act that way. It is not a medical chain, and your are not treated like a number. Here you are becoming the person, you want to become.
