It's been a very hot summer with several days of triple digit temperatures. In July I noticed the HVAC (installed by a building contractor in 2010) wasn't able to keep the indoor temperature at 78F, especially when the outdoor temperature was 95 or higher. In previous summers, this had not been a problem. I searched the internet and yellow pages and found Western Equipment Service, who specialized with the Carrier brand HVAC and was listed on the Carrier. I called Western Equipment and a technician was sent right away. Bud reported the refrigerant was low and he recharged the refrigerant. Immediately, the house was cooling again. This company is great. We were without A/C for 5 days. It was 90°+ in the house. We called our home warranty company. They sent out a repairman that didn’t know what he was doing. Never got back to us or the home warranty company about what was wrong with the A/C. We then called our friend Bob Alvis. After checking our A/C, Bob suggested to call Western Equipment Service Heating and A/C to repair it. An employee named Tim came over and had it fixed within an hour. Thank you so much Bob and Tim.
