This program has helped my son in so many different ways. He has only been here for a week and has had a big improvement with his self esteemed, his confidence and his overall mental and physical health. Everyone here has been very welcoming and very friendly. Excited to have my other son start next week.

My son absolutely loves The Lab. We started off at 3 days a week and now he's doing 5. He's progressed so much over the past 4 months. Jerry is the best coach ever. He is so patient and gives all the kids individual attention. Makes everyone feel welcome and the kids just love it. The parents do as well. I would highly recommend The Lab for anyone interested in getting their kids into BJJ.

Coach Jerry has a ton of experience and is amazing to train under for all levels! He will build you up and ensure you challenge yourself. The other members are amazing also and will take time to go over any questions you have. A great place to train, family environment, and a great place to make friends.
