We first started coming to The Hidden Dojo a few years ago. First my children were enrolled. I felt the Sensei had a great teaching style. I decided to try the teens and adults class for myself. I had not regularly exercised since school PE in the 90s, so I was terrified. But I ended up LOVING it. Everyone including classmates and staff are all kind, inviting and encouraging. I highly recommend trying a class.

If you desire to increase in wisdom, stature, and friends, then this is the place for you. Excellent teachers, excellent curriculum, and fantastic location and place. I trained here for over a decade, and I have endless good memories and experiences.

My boys have been going to the Hidden Dojo for over 8 years, and they love it! They have learned so much about discipline and self-defense. Their Sensei has been amazing with each age group that my boys have been in. The ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful with any questions I have. I would highly recommend them!
