The genuine care and understanding the staff gives is amazing, I would recommend there services to anyone who needs care for their loved pet, the Doctor listens to you concerns, very sympathetic and understanding.
They also offer pet insurance, care credit, and scratch pay to help with the bill :) .
My cat Lucky has been sick, not eating, and loosing weight. He had dental extractions at another vets office that got infected. The Sears Vet, Dr. Scott Amsel, and their entire staff worked on Lucky to find out he had an infection around the area of the previous tooth extraction. They worked on him for 2 days and I was relieved he received 5 medications and a special soft food diet to aid in his ability to chew his food. Dr Amsel was OUTSTANDING. He gave me several options to choose from moving forward for Lucky's continued care. The entire Sear's Vet staff were caring and extremely efficient in performing their tasks. Thank you for saving Lucky.
I’ve gone to this vet numerous times for both of my cats. They have an incredible, kind, caring staff. I’ve always been in and out, never had to wait too long at all. The pricing is VERY reasonable and the care is above and beyond. I would suggest this vet to every pet owner in the area!
