Wonderful business! Laura is the most exceptional person I have ever had the pleasure of doing buisness with. The service was prompt and she was very attentive. She made predictions about what I would need to get my passport that was spot on and she gave me tons of info about business cards as well. This is a top notch buisness for sure!
Im rating the customer service her not even the process. The process is quick, and easy, but Nancy is one rude lady. I walked in to get a live Scan for the county and I was being attended by another agent and as I'm talking to her, Nancy intervenes and nastily says "you need a FORM from them, I've done plenty before." So I turned to her and said in a snarky remark "well THANK YOU." Turning back to the agent I was dealing with.. " let me just show you what was emailed to me" as I'm showing the other agent what the county required, Nancy I'm the back is saying "is there a form?" I haven't finished showing the other agent what was on the email and she's still asking "is there a form?" And I'm just livid at this point because number one, I'm not even being helped by her, and with her attitude about her not having a car, and I only know this because she's being salty about it and informing the other agent about it while she's trying to help me, for x reason, is rubbing off on me, it's just rude for her to be all up in the koolaid when she doesn't even know the flavor. Sorry you're having a bad day, but you don't have to be a NEGATIVE Nancy! Misery loves company for sure!!
Being a customer for over 20 years they are far from customer friendly. The only reason I still stay is because it's a hassle to change addresses. The blonde older lady is friendly and great however the heavier Hispanic lady is RUDE and never smiles I don't think she likes her job so she may want to try a different direction.
