I'm really thorough on my research, because I know what works for me, and come to find out she also does fascia blasting. Finding that out was EXTRA PLUS for me!!! I just had a massage and feels so relax. Cathy is very knowledgeable and works on the areas I need to improve. I call her my personal therapist. I totally recommend getting a massage at Refined Massage. Cathy is superb!
