Truck broke down near Tehachapi. Dispatcher was very helpful and got quote me in a timely fashion. Xchel loaded my truck on rollback and hooked to my trailer and took us to Bakersfield. Excellent service, I highly recommend R&J towing!

A+ experience starting w/ Candice(dispatch) and the peace of mind she provided on an otherwise stressing issue w/ vehicle and its frozen wheel. Xchel(shell) was sent over and not only professional on how to deal with the seized wheel, but a very cool demeanor both loading and offloading my '64 Chevy El Camino.. Thank you R&J!
Was stuck in hell otherwise known as Lancaster, California. My new electric SUV..was not ready to be driven long distances without proper preparation.
I was stuck needing to be back in Las Vegas ASAP!. Called AAA..they set me up with this towing company who were great... especially the driver that towed me an hour and a half away. Jeffrey was great! He went the extra mile...literally! Out of all the weirdos that I saw that day in Lancaster and Palmdale he was a bright light that was able to help get me back on the road and get me the heck out of that nutty place.

Do me one favor clean up the crazies in that town which includes Lancaster Toyota... what a worthless bunch of sales people...no help whatsoever!
