I want to start by saying, I was not able to use Pentemo, but I absolutely would have if my personal timeline wasn't so incredibly small and rushed. George listened to what we needed done immediately for our refinance to be approved. He was thorough, wise and knowledgeable about so many different things that we needed to correct due to years of neglect from the previous owners. He understood our initial needs, and helped us understand what parts of our project would need attention over time. Pentemo has done a wonderful job each time they have done repairs on my rental property. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job completed in a timely manner.
