I want to start by saying, I was not able to use Pentemo, but I absolutely would have if my personal timeline wasn't so incredibly small and rushed. George listened to what we needed done immediately for our refinance to be approved. He was thorough, wise and knowledgeable about so many different things that we needed to correct due to years of neglect from the previous owners.
