Being in the health and fitness field for the last thirty years I have come to realize that you cannot have a one size fits all when it comes to total Body Health and Wellness! Our bodies function the same but we don't move the same! First, the general things: Michael is a great trainer. He pushes you but is aware of your limits and will not push you into a dangerous place. He's very encouraging and shares his reasons behind everything he tells you to do. He listens to your feedback and takes that feedback into consideration when determining what comes next.
