The office is bright and clean, and the staff is friendly and answered all my questions. The eye dr is the nicest, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and overall it was a pleasant experience. I used to go to LensCrafters, but could never get an appointment. Lancaster Optometry had a lot of availability and I was able to pick out a new pair of glasses that I desperately needed.

Staff very pleasant and the doctors assistant very nice very friendly knows how to talk to younger people doctor absolutely amazing makes my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease knows how to treat kids. I always have a great experience when I go here thank you.

I would highly recommend Lancaster Optometry. Both the Optometrist and the staff took a geniune interest in my concerns regarding my vision. The examination was quite thorough; not rushed. Every step of the process was explained and my questions were fully answered. They cared; they really cared about the issues I presented about my eyes. I was satisfied with the entire process. I'll be going back next year for my annual exam. Thank you!
