Gabe has been our pool service provider for a couple of years now is by far the best town. He is always consistent with great service, always responsive if there’s any issues with pool equipment and willing to go the extra mile (assigning dog friendly technicians, next day service calls, etc). If you’re looking or thinking of switching services, Gabe is the guy to with!
I had planned a small party for some co workers and friends over the weekend. . My service day is on Monday, my pool had not been kept up for the past 3 weeks. The employee that was supposed to maintain our pool was not doing their job, he would come and do nothing and leave. ( also was advised this employee will no longer be working for Kyser) That being said Gabe called me and assured me that everything will be fixed this week, apologized for the inconvenience, gave me back last month payment and this month no charge, also sent 3 guys that were here within 45 minutes to fix everything, and told me that a pool tech would be here everyday until all is fixed. I do need to purchase some things to get my pool up and going but, labor free of charge. I really appreciate all the effort he put in, in order to make a wrong a right. Thank you! Thank you!
