Giving him a 4. Only reason it's not a 5 is because he was a little slow with communication and when you call, all you get is voicemail. Bottom line is that he came to look at my toilet and it was fixed in a few days on a home insurance claim.

Mr. Jackson worked me in on a Friday afternoon to look at my broken water heater. He took time to troubleshoot and exhaust all options before giving me a temporary fix to get me through the weekend until he could get the part next week. Very much appreciate the service and good interaction. I would recommend.

Great to work with. A broken pipe,although quickly repaired,turned into a lovely walk-in shower and total bathroom renovation. We are extremely happy with our new bath, and working with Donnel and Toney was a complete pleasure.
