overall i am pleased with the services i recieved with family memorial. the prices were descent and the staff especially Doreen was very kind patient and flexible. i would have given 5 stars but my only complaint is not so much that i was charged a fee because they embalmed my mother before i had a chance to change the services from cremation with a viewing to a cremation without viewing. that i can understand to some degree, but the very 1st day my daughter and i went in to begin paperwork with a gentleman i forget his name but he never mentioned that there was a fee for immediate and i believe only 4 or 5 family members could view the body with an appt for a couple...read full review
First of all -big huge thank you to Doreen and Ulvia and the whole staff- everything was taken care of exactly as my family wanted. That made this hard process become simple from our funeral arrangements to repass ceremony- there was nothing they couldn’t provide and did it with so much care and respect - it options that are available meets the hardship of normal day to day families with unexpected passing of a loved one with no insurance- again and again thank you for assisting in sending our love one off with respect and a non stressful process
