I was talking to the lady on messenger and explained I needed my daughter's hair done for a special occasion she said hold on let me check my schedule and I haven't heard from her! I just think that was Unprofessional and messed up

Going to Shalanda has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made my hair was damaged due to color, ends were striped and jus falling out in amounts. Shalanda trimmed off the dead hair, did hot oil treatments and only used the best natural hair products on the shelf. I Can Smell Peppermint Conditioner now lol
