Richard does an absolutely fantastic job we used him when we first bought our house. The house smelled so bad of smoke and weed; he and his son came in and got that smell out of the carpet!! They did a spectacular job, now we are moving a cross the country and he was our first and only person we considered to take care of the carpet for our now rental property!
