Any business that has employees who will blatantly disregard and disrespect the request of people, deserves to be called out for unprofessional and inconsiderate conduct. If the work ethic and business ethos/philosophy is one of disregard for privacy of individuals in their own homes, then I can only imagine the product and performance Clark Pest Control will provide. I recently was told by Clark Pest Control that I owed an additional $4.00, on my account. Of course I questioned it because I knew I had paid the bill. I was told there was a price increase. I asked how clients were notified of this price increase and was told it was in the monthly newsletter. She offered to send me the newsletter and this is what I received....First of all it states "we MAY need to pass along a portion of these costs along to our customers". Then states "SOME" accounts may see a slight increase in their recurring fees". In reading this I see no effective date, amount of increase or even know if I am included in the "SOME"... read full review

I have had pest control with them for six months. They come out to spray on the most awkward schedule. Their staff is very unprofessional. I have had to call each month (six months straight) due to billing issues. They continue to bill me 3-4 times a month, and if you do not call, they keep your money. However, to refund MY money that they stole takes 5-7 business days. I would not recommend this company. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB.
