I have had pest control with them for six months. They come out to spray on the most awkward schedule. Their staff is very unprofessional. I have had to call each month (six months straight) due to billing issues. They continue to bill me 3-4 times a month, and if you do not call, they keep your money. However, to refund MY money that they stole takes 5-7 business days. I would not recommend this company. I am in the process of reporting them to the BBB.

This company came to my house for months and billed my card at the same time I was paying their fumigation guy cash. When I called they made no effort to rectify the situation and to this day they have not tried to refund me a cent. Beware of this company and attach a card for autopay. I now look at my statement every week to look if any strange charges appear. Zero stars they lost that when I found out they were real crooks not metaphorically speaking.

I used to be a customer. The service started perfect; we had agreed on first Monday of every month. Then the rep started to show up as whenever the company needed to bill me. The rep was a nice guy but extremely pushy, I guess he was taking direction from his management- even when I said I wasn't home he wanted to do my home exterior in order to bill me. I asked to skip a month as I wasn't available and he told me the company doesn't allow to skip. I stated I didn't want them on that day period. It was the last day of November.
